Homeschool Coaching Guidance
Burst of Light Homeschool coaching is focused on supporting connection and learning between parent and child to improve the educational experience and progress in your home. We focus our work on helping parents and other allies/ contractors who assist with teaching the child to be on the same page regarding parent and child priorities and participation.
You, the parent, retain all responsibility for implementation, vision, and compliance with your district's homeschooling requirements and documentation. You agree that Burst of Light Coaching will support, assist, and encourage you to create plans that are in the best interests of the family but that is your final decision to reject, implement, or integrate any of the ideas/ approaches discussed or explored.
In obtaining my services, you confirm that you are aware of the resources and legal representation that is available to you from the Home School Legal Defense Fund (https://hslda.org/) should you ever have legal questions about your family's specific homeschool plan as it connects to your State's requirements.
